Available in a variety of colors, Tstrata flooring systems can also incorporate multi-color flecks, custom logos, and inset striping to add visual interest and meet OSHA regulations. Tstrata can be adapted to any concrete surface from common hallways and warehouses, to clean rooms, aisleways, food processing facilities and heavy-use factory floors. An optional Static Dissipative (SD) feature can be added to all Tstrata flooring systems. All systems feature rapid cure UV capabilities.

Tensile Reinforced Flooring System

Tstrata TR incorporates Hardwire high strength steel reinforcement within an engineered high build polymer resin system. Providing significant tensile strength to existing concrete floors without adding more than 1/4-inch to the overall floor thickness, Tstrata TR does not require costly or disruptive tear out and reinstallation procedures. Tstrata TR flooring systems are ideal for manufacturing and warehousing facilities with heavy vehicular traffic.

High Build Flooring System

Available in a thicknesses from 40 mils to 1/4-inch, Tstrata H utilizes a high build polymer resin system to provide a durable, high-wear flooring system. Tstrata H flooring systems are suited for medium industrial areas where moderately heavy machinery and/or warehousing is implemented.
