Tstrata systems are available with Hardwire Steel Reinforcement. The reinforced Tstrata systems strengthen the existing floor without the operational disruption normally associated with conventional concrete floor repairs. Tstrata systems featuring Hardwire, are perfect solutions for aging or deteriorated concrete flooring in industrial warehousing, manufacturing or commercial facilities utilizing fork trucks, AGVs and other material handling equipment.

Hardwire is a family of composite reinforcements made from ultra high strength twisted steel wires. It is a revolutionary material that provides the ability to put ultra high tensile strength steel (11 times stronger than typical steel plate) into a reinforcement layer which adds minimal thickness and weight to a structure. Simply, Hardwire is moldable steel. It occupies a new reinforcement niche between fibers and steel rebar. This creates a new class of reinforcements—micro-rebar—that works with the Tstrata resin systems to upgrade concrete structures in both new construction and in retrofit applications.
